It’s been such a joy and dream to be consistently teaching yoga. I have had the pleasure of subbing this Thursday morning Gentle Yoga class at @kulayogashala for a little bit now and I get to continue showing up for a few more weeks. Unknown of what will come next but the journey of teaching has been something very special. If you’re in the Jupiter, FL area, come join me! Can’t wait to see you there & share in practice 🙏

After I made these full moon posts; I asked; “what song is most fitting for this transformative moon” moments later “Zombie” by @thecranberries came to my heart.
I’ve heard this song at least a few hundred times, and yet when I read the lyrics in that moment I was moved to tears. So aligned.. I’ll leave some of the lyrics here, and the reminder; it’s powerful to choose peace.
